At 3ozeVetir, every drop is designed with exclusivity in mind. Most of our items are produced in limited quantities, so once they’re sold out, they’re gone. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through 3ozeVetir are final sale.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will take care of it.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the item and issue

Once approved, we will provide:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • Refund

Shipping Issues

3ozeVetir is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your shipping carrier directly.
